Subah ki shurwat coffee se karna acha samjha jata hai, lekin yeh aap ke wazan ghatane wale raste mai ek rukawat ki tarah hai. Agar is mai zyada chini mila ke pi jaye tou calorie aur barh jati hain. Agar aap apne din ki shurwat itni sugar se karte hain tou aap ki bhukh barhegi, jo kisi bhi halat mai aap ke sehat ke liye thik nahi hai.

Oily khane:

Subah ke nashte ke waqt paratha khana bhale hi aap ko pasand ho lekin is se jism mai charbi ikhatti hogi, is ke alawa agar aap breakfast mai oily khane jese- finger fry, samosa waghera ka istemal karte hain tou yeh aap ke wazan kam karne ki jagah barhayega. Is ke alawa subah ka nashta kabhi na chhoren, is se metabolism sust ho jayega aur hazma kharab hoga.
