1 teaspoon of sea salt
5 teaspoons of brown sugar
The ratio between these ingredients should always be 1:5. Mix them together and make sure you keep the mixture in some clean glass jar.
How to use it
Take a little of the mixture and apply it below your tongue before sleeping. It will melt very soon.
The Natrium contained in salt improves the energy generation. The glucose contained in the sugar is a very valuable addition of energy for the cells.
